Protection Tools
The Protection tools enhance document security:
Add Digital Signature uses a certificate-based digital ID to add and sign signature fields in documents and saves them to a new file.
Certify PDFs adds certified signature fields to documents and saves them to a new file.
Secure PDF adds password controls to documents and saves them to a new file.
Timestamp PDFs adds document-level timestamps to documents and saves them to a new file.
Please note that these tools are geared towards PDF documents but they are compatible with most industry-standard formats. Additionally, the Clone Tool or Create Tool features can be used to combine the functionality of tools in order to meet complex requirements.
