Active Directory Administrative Template
The Active Directory administrative template for PDF-Tools comes in two files: PDFXTools.admx and PDFXTools.adml, both of which are available via this permanent link to a zip archive of all the templates: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/Tracker_AD_AdministrativeTemplates.zip
Note that it is necessary for both of these files to be installed in the "Central Store" of your domain controller in order to utilize the administrative template. Further information on using these templates to set up your domain controller is available here.
