Running the PDF-XChange Editor .msi installers without passing any options or parameters will result in a default installation, which includes:

 

The installation of all features.

The installation of all plugins (detailed below).

The installation of shell extensions.

The installation of all available UI languages.

The PDF-XChange Printer Lite printer.

The PDF-XChange Updater.

Note that when a default installation is used, PDF-XChange Editor is set as the default application for local files (and by extension .pdf files), web-based files (by mime-type) and license keys are not installed.

 

If you want to install PDF-XChange Editor with default settings, then call the installer from the command line without any options:

 

msiexec.exe /i \\UNC\path\to\EditorV10.x64.msi

 

Note that a transform file is not required to install PDF-XChange Editor with default settings.
