Hide All Licensed Features

Unlicensed users can trial the licensed features in multi-user environments where a mix of both licensed and unlicensed users have access to the software. When unlicensed users use features that require a license, they are notified that the action they are about to take will result in 'demo watermarks' being added to the PDF. These watermarks cannot be removed without a licensed version of the software.

 

Administrators who deploy PDF-XChange Editor in an Active Directory domain can use the Active Directory Administrative Templates to apply a policy that removes tools that are not licensed from the user interface, which will remove the possibility of unlicensed users adding demo watermarks to documents through the use of licensed features. Note that licensed users are not affected when this policy is used.
