Places
The Places preferences determine settings for places in PDF-Tools:

Places are used when sourcing documents to process with tools, or when saving the output documents from tool operations:
•Use the Delete Places on Exit dropdown menu to determine what happens to places when PDF-Tools is closed:
•No retains all places when PDF-Tools is closed.
•All deletes all places when PDF-Tools is closed.
•Only Newly Added deletes only places that have been recently added when PDF-Tools is closed.
Click OK to save changes.
