When the Share tab is selected, the following options are available:

The options in the Share tab are used to interact with SharePoint files and email documents from PDF-XChange Editor. SharePoint facilitates the convenient sharing of files for group viewing/editing. There are three groups in the Share tab:
The Tools group contains shortcuts to tools and other features:
•The Hand Tool is used as a basic scrolling device and navigation aid when browsing through documents. Click to enable the Hand Tool, then click and drag the page in the desired scrolling direction in order to browse through documents.
•The Select Text Tool is used to select base-content text. Click to enable the Select Text Tool, then click and drag the pointer to select text. Double-click to select words, triple-click to select paragraphs and quadruple-click to select all text on the current page. Right-click selections for editing options, as detailed here.
•Click the Other Tools dropdown menu to view/select additional tool options:
•The Select Comments Tool is used to select and edit comments. Click to enable the Select Comments Tool, then click to select comments. Click and drag to select multiple comments. Selected comments can be edited, as detailed here.
•The Snapshot Tool is used to take screenshots of pages/selected page content. Click to enable the Snapshot Tool, then click or click and drag to take snapshots. Further information about this tool is available here.
•The options in the Clipboard dropdown menu is used to interact with the current content of the clipboard. Click the dropdown menu to cut/copy/paste clipboard content.
The Send To group contains only the Email feature:
•Click Email to email the current document in PDF-XChange Editor. This feature uses the settings determined in the Email preferences, which are detailed here.
•Click the Email dropdown menu to select/manage presets for the Email feature.
The SharePoint group contains options for interacting with documents located in a SharePoint server:
•Click Check In/Out to check the current document in to/out from a SharePoint server.
•Click Discard Check Out to discard documents currently checked out from a SharePoint server. Note that unsaved changes are lost when this option is used.
•Click Enable Editing to enable editing for SharePoint files.
Follow the steps below to open SharePoint files:
1. Click the File tab.
2. Click Add a Place, then click SharePoint:

The PDF-XChange Editor dialog box will open.
3. Enter the URL for the SharePoint file, then click Connect.
The Authentication Required dialog box will open.
4. Enter the SharePoint credentials and click OK.
The Open File dialog box will open.
5. Select the desired file from the list and click Open or Open with Check Out. Click Open to make the file both available and editable for other users. Click Open with Check Out to make the file editable for the current user only, and read-only for other users. Further information on SharePoint files is available here.
