•Click Send by E-mail to email the document. The mail client set in the Email Preferences will open and the document will be added to an outgoing email as an attachment.
•Click Check In/Check Out to check the document in to/out from a SharePoint account.
•Click Discard Check Out to discard the file currently checked out from a SharePoint account.
•Click Enable Editing to enable editing for the file currently checked out from a SharePoint account.
